CogDojo Refund Policy

Google Play processes in-app purchases, and Google Play's refund policy applies.

Within 48 hours of purchase: request a refund directly from Google at play.google.com > Account > Order history, or through https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
After 48 hours: contact us at [email protected] with your Google Play order number (starts with "GPA."). We review requests case by case and can issue refunds through Google Play.
Cancel in Google Play at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Paid plans are sold only through Google Play; we don't sell subscriptions on the website.

Cooling-off: you can cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. This is consistent with section 44 of the ECT Act, where it applies. EU/UK customers have a 14-day withdrawal right. By starting to use paid features straight away, you acknowledge that a refund for that period may be reduced in proportion to use, as the law allows.
Free trials: you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you forget and contact us within 7 days of the first charge, we will refund it in full.
Yearly plans: if you cancel after the cooling-off period, you keep access until the end of the year, and the plan does not renew. We may refund the unused months in proven cases of hardship or a technical failure on our side.
Monthly plans: cancelling stops the next renewal. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
How to request: use Account > Manage billing, or email [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

paid features that didn't work because of a fault on our side that we couldn't fix within a reasonable time

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable law are not affected.
