I can't sign in to my account — what should I check?
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with in the app, and that your password is typed exactly — passwords are case-sensitive. The web dashboard accepts the same email and password as the mobile app, or you can sign in by scanning a QR code from your phone. If none of that works, email [email protected]and we'll look into it.
How do I reset my password?
Use the password reset page to request a reset link for the email on your account. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected].
How do Family plan seats work?
The Family plan covers up to 6 family members — you plus 5 more — each with their own profile, their own Brain Fitness Index, and their own dashboard, on one yearly bill. The plan owner must be 18 or older, and members under 13 can't be added. Full details are on the pricing page.
I pay for the Family plan — why can't I see a member's stats?
Paying for a seat doesn't grant access to that member's stats. Each family member decides for themselves whether to share their stats with the family, and they can revoke that consent at any time. It's their data; the plan just covers their subscription.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play, so you start, change, or cancel from your phone's subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
